These Terms govern your use of jiisaaduddin.com and any purchase from Jii Saaduddin. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we offer

Websites, automation, data tools, TikTok-style game templates and builds, guest posts, monthly care plans and related digital products and services. Descriptions, inclusions and prices are shown on each product page.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in USD. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by PayPal. We may cancel and refund an order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud or we cannot deliver. Taxes, if any apply to you, are your responsibility unless stated.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by PayPal. See Payments and PayPal. We do not store your card or PayPal login details.

4. Delivery

Digital downloads become available after payment is confirmed. Services start after payment and after you send the information we need. Timelines are estimates and depend on how quickly you respond. See the Refund and Delivery Policy.

5. Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew automatically through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account (Settings, Payments, Manage automatic payments). Cancellation stops future charges; the current month stays active.

6. Your content and licence to use deliverables

You keep ownership of materials you provide. You grant us permission to use them only to deliver the service. Once a deliverable is fully paid, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it for your own business. Templates may not be resold or shared as templates. We keep ownership of pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our deliverables for anything illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringing. Do not attempt to attack, scrape, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.

8. Third-party links and services

We link to other websites and rely on third parties such as PayPal. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The site and information are provided "as is". Results from automation, marketing or SEO depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. See the Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
