Payments (PayMongo)

We use PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment gateway, so you can pay with the method you already have. We never see your card number, e-wallet PIN or online banking login. This page explains how it works and how to stay safe.

How checkout works

1. You add items to your cart and enter your first name, last name, email and, if you are buying for a company, your business or organization.
2. We create your order and show its reference.
3. You press Pay and are taken to PayMongo's secure page. There you choose GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, BPI online banking, QR Ph or a debit or credit card.
4. Our server asks PayMongo to confirm the payment (amount, currency and order). Only then is your order marked Paid.
5. Downloads unlock, or we contact you to start the service. PayMongo also emails you a receipt.

Pesos only

PayMongo charges in Philippine pesos (PHP). Our prices are listed in USD; the payment screen shows the exact peso amount, converted at the rate shown, before you pay.

What we can and cannot see

• We can see: your name, email and business name as you typed them, the order, PayMongo's confirmation, the payment ID and which method you used.
• We cannot see: your card number, e-wallet PIN, bank login or security codes.

Monthly plans

• Plans are paid one month at a time. After your first payment the plan is active for a month.
• About 3 days before the month ends we email you a secure PayMongo link for the next month. Nothing is charged unless you pay that link.
• If a payment is late we remind you again and may pause the service until it is paid.
• To stop, email hello@jiisaaduddin.com before your renewal date. The month you already paid stays active.

If something does not work

• Redirect blocked: allow redirects for this site and press Pay again.
• Payment pending: some wallets and banks take a short time. Keep the page open; your order updates by itself. If it stays pending, email us your order reference and your PayMongo receipt.
• Charged but not marked paid: email us the order reference and the receipt and we will confirm it right away.

Stay safe from scams

• We will never ask for your card number, e-wallet PIN, one-time codes or remote access to your device.
• The payment page is on paymongo.com. Check the address before you enter anything.
• Our emails come from hello@jiisaaduddin.com. Be careful with look-alike addresses.
