Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jii Saaduddin ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit jiisaaduddin.com, contact us, place an order or subscribe to a plan. We collect as little as possible, we never sell personal data, and we protect what we keep.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, mobile number and message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
• Orders: your name, email, the items you ordered, an optional note, an order reference and the PayPal transaction ID, so we can deliver your purchase, keep records and give support.
• Monthly plans: your name, email, your website addresses (if you provide them) and the PayPal subscription ID, so we can provide the service.
• Anonymous visit statistics: device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language, time zone, country (from a network header or estimated from your time zone), the website that sent you, the pages or sections you viewed, time on page and basic connection quality. We do not store your IP address or your name. A one-way, salted fingerprint of the IP address is kept only to limit abuse and cannot be reversed.
• Optional Google Analytics 4: only if we have enabled it and only after you press Accept on the notice. IP anonymization is on.

3. What we never collect

We never see or store your card number, PayPal password or bank details. Payments happen on PayPal's secure pages. See Payments and PayPal.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (orders and plans), our legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, anonymous statistics), your consent (optional analytics and any marketing email), and legal obligations (accounting and tax records). In the Philippines we follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality.

5. Who we share data with

Only service providers that are necessary to run the website and your order: PayPal (payments), our web hosting provider, our email provider, and, if enabled, Google Analytics. They may process data only on our instructions or under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact messages: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Orders, plans and payment references: as long as needed for service, support and legal accounting duties.
• Anonymous visit statistics: automatically deleted after the retention period set on the server (180 days by default). Daily totals without personal data may be kept longer.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@jiisaaduddin.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines or to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and similar storage

We do not use advertising cookies. See the Cookies and Analytics Notice for the full list and how to turn analytics off. We respect the Do Not Track setting.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's certified framework.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed admin credentials, access control, rate limiting, server-side payment verification and a database that is not reachable from the web. Read more on the Security page. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you notice anything suspicious.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe a child sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
