Payments and PayPal

We use PayPal so you can pay without giving us your card or bank details. This page explains how it works and how to stay safe.

How checkout works

1. You add items to your cart and enter your name and email.
2. We create your order and show its reference.
3. You pay in the PayPal window. You sign in on PayPal's own site; we never see your password.
4. Our server asks PayPal to confirm the payment (amount, currency and order). Only then is your order marked Paid.
5. Downloads unlock, or we contact you to start the service.

What we can and cannot see

• We can see: your name and email as you typed them, the order, PayPal's confirmation and the transaction ID.
• We cannot see: your card number, bank account, PayPal password or security codes.

Ways to pay

Depending on your country and PayPal account, you can pay with your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a debit or credit card. Prices are charged in USD; PayPal shows any currency conversion before you confirm.

Buyer protection

PayPal's Purchase Protection and dispute tools may apply to eligible purchases. Eligibility depends on PayPal's own terms and your location, so please read PayPal's current policy on paypal.com. If anything goes wrong, email hello@jiisaaduddin.com first and we will fix it fast.

Monthly plans (subscriptions)

• Plans renew every month through a PayPal subscription.
• Cancel any time: log in to PayPal, open Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments, choose JS and press Cancel.
• If a payment fails, PayPal retries and we may pause the service until it succeeds.
• Receipts are emailed by PayPal.

If something does not work

• Pop-up blocked: allow pop-ups for this site and try again.
• Payment pending: some payments take a short time. Your order updates automatically; if it stays pending, send us the PayPal transaction ID.
• Charged but not marked paid: email us the transaction ID and we will confirm it manually.
• Manual payment: if PayPal buttons are unavailable, the site shows a manual option; submit the transaction ID after you pay so we can verify it.

Stay safe from scams

• We will never ask for your PayPal password, card number, one-time codes or remote access to your device.
• Payment pages are on paypal.com. Check the address before signing in.
• Our emails come from hello@jiisaaduddin.com. Be careful with look-alike addresses.
• Found something suspicious? Forward it to us and to PayPal's phishing address (phishing@paypal.com).
